Position Overview
Full-time CAA position at The Women's Hospital of Texas in Houston. The group includes 10 anesthesiologists and 29 CRNAs and CAAs working in a care team model with low turnover.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $210K-$255K. Sign-on incentive of $75K. Comprehensive benefits include health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance, generous paid time off, flexible spending and health savings accounts, 401(k) and profit sharing, fully paid malpractice insurance, and loan repayment and training assistance.
Case Mix
Cases include GYN, general, outpatient, OB (epidurals and C-sections), and some pediatrics.
Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program. Compliance with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines.
