Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Mon Health Medical Center, the flagship hospital of Mon Health in North Central West Virginia. The 155-bed facility offers comprehensive services including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, orthopedics, oncology, and women's health.

Schedule & Call Requirements

A variety of shifts available. No weekend requirements, covered by dedicated 24-hour CRNA team.

Case Assignments

Cases include endo, general, orthopedics, urology, OB, heavy GYN, cardiac, vascular, plastics, ENT, neuro, and GI.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed. Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Requirements

Current license as a registered professional nurse. Ability to obtain West Virginia CRNA state license. Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
