Position Overview
Per diem CRNA opportunity at Olean General Hospital, a 186-bed community hospital in scenic Western New York serving over 160,000 residents.
Compensation
Hourly rate of $200 per hour, available as W-2 or 1099.
Case Mix
General surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, endoscopy, vascular, GI, urology, and podiatry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed. Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse. Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
