Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Shore Outpatient Surgicenter, LLC in Lakewood, NJ. The facility has operated for 25 years with low turnover and a supportive team environment. Anesthesia staffing follows a 1:2 or 1:3 care team model.

Compensation & Benefits

Case Mix

Cases are limited to urology and GI procedures across 5 operating rooms. No ortho or spine cases.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop anesthetic plans, manage induction and emergence, monitor physiological condition, and support departmental coordination.

Requirements

Current RN license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
