Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Haymarket Surgery Center in Manassas, VA, in a care team model with North American Partners in Anesthesia. Easy access to Washington, DC.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Call Requirements

Day shifts only with no call. Options include Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. Rotational schedule covers Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday twice monthly.

Case Mix

ENT, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, spine, urology, and dental. Regional anesthesia and pediatric cases (experience a plus).

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop anesthetic plans. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence. Monitor physiological condition and intervene as needed. Support departmental coordination.

Requirements

Current RN license. Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Practice Details

Group includes more than 20 CRNAs and 12 anesthesiologists. CRNAs practice at top of scope in care team model.
