Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. CRNAs deliver care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $249,995.20 annually. Additional compensation may include shift differentials and a $5,000 annual quality incentive bonus. $90,000 signing bonus potential. $3,000 annual CME funds. $10,000 student loan assistance. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. 33 days PTO, 5 CME days, 5 sick days, and 1 floating holiday. Retirement options include 403(b)/401(k) and 401(a) plans.
