Position Overview
Sentara CarePlex Hospital seeks CRNAs for a full-time role in Hampton, Virginia. The position offers a compressed schedule with flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts and first-call responsibilities with off-site coverage.
Facility Details
Sentara CarePlex is a 224-bed acute care hospital. The anesthesia team includes 5 anesthesiologists and 13+ CRNAs. Annual volume exceeds 6,300 anesthesia cases and 350 OB cases.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $249,995.20 annually. Additional pay includes a $10,000 annual quality bonus. Benefits include $3,000 CME allowance, $10,000 student loan assistance, malpractice with tail coverage, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/403b match, and generous PTO.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Rotating shifts with first-call duties. Compressed schedule provides additional days off throughout the year.
