Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role providing general, regional, and sedation anesthesia at Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA. The position involves pre-operative evaluation, intra-operative management, and post-operative care in a physician-led environment with a new anesthesiology residency program launching in 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized plans.
• Administer general, regional, local, and sedation anesthesia.
• Perform advanced regional techniques including epidurals and nerve blocks.
• Monitor patients and manage airway and pulmonary status.
• Provide postoperative pain management and care transitions.
• Participate in quality assurance and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program.
• NBCRNA certification.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Active RN and APRN licensure in Virginia or ability to obtain.
• Experience in anesthesia delivery preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range $251,014 to $331,386. Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. 403(b) retirement with employer matching and optional 457(b).
