Position Overview
Full-time CRNA role at Rust Medical Center and Rust ASC in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. CRNAs practice independently to full scope of license with MD or CRNA facilitator support available.
Schedule and Call
First call 1:11 with post-call day off. Late shift 1:11, rarely past 1900. Weekend call approximately every sixth weekend.
Compensation and Benefits
$362K-$372K production-based compensation. 1099 practice. $8K annual bonus potential paid quarterly. $60K sign-on or relocation bonus. 7 weeks off per year.
Practice Details
Case mix includes general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, robotics, plastics, GI, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, and interventional radiology. New graduates welcome. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines.
Location
Rio Rancho is 25 minutes north of Albuquerque with access to Santa Fe and Taos. Outdoor activities include hiking, biking, and golf with views of the Sandia Mountains.
