Position Overview
Locum tenens CRNA position in Taos, NM providing general and regional anesthesia.
Schedule and Call Requirements
8-hour day shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 5 shifts per week. Call every 3rd night from 3:00pm to 7:00am with 20-minute response time.
Compensation
Estimated weekly pay $7,260 to $7,660 on 1099 contract.
Practice Details
Independent CRNA model with no supervision required. 3 operating rooms and 4 CRNAs on staff. EMR is MedAxion.
Case Mix
Endoscopy, OB/GYN, pediatrics, general surgery, vascular, orthopedics, ENT, acute pain management, and outpatient procedures. Regional anesthesia including spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years recent CRNA experience. Active CRNA certification, DEA, CSR, BLS, and ACLS required. Proof of competency in regional techniques with case logs.
