Position Overview
Pain management Anesthesiologist role in Glendale, AZ with 100% interventional pain focus and no primary care or hospital rounding.
Schedule and Call
Monday through Thursday 7 am to 4:40 pm and Friday 8 am to 12 pm. No call, no nights, and no weekends.
Compensation
Base compensation of $450,000 to $500,000 annually plus productivity-based incentives. Hospital-employed W-2 position with full benefits package.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology required. Active Arizona medical license or in process required. No visa sponsorship available.
Practice Details
Outpatient setting with team-based approach, strong referral base, and administrative support.
