Position Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Anesthesiologists to join Valley Anesthesiology Consultants at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ. This full-time W2 position offers a $150K start date bonus and a balanced case mix of 30% pediatric and 70% general anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and diverse pediatric cases including neonatal
• Perform regional anesthesia as encouraged
• Participate in leadership and committee opportunities if interested

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology
• Pediatric anesthesia expertise required
• Fellowship training preferred but not mandatory

• Banner Thunderbird Medical Center: Level I Trauma Center with 561 beds and 15 main ORs
• Dedicated pediatric hospital-within-hospital featuring busy PICU and Level 4 NICU
• No cardiac or neurosurgery cases
