Position Overview

Envision Physician Services seeks a Vice Chief CRNA to join and help lead a dynamic anesthesia care team at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. This role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief CRNA and medical leadership on clinical operations, quality initiatives, scheduling, and team development
• Maintain clinical practice while contributing to strategic decision-making
• Mentor staff, onboard new clinicians, and drive professional development

Practice Details

• Anesthesia Care Team: 17 Physicians and 13 APPs
• Case mix: B&B, OB, EP/TEE, Neuro/IR, Endoscopy
• 125-150 OB anesthetics per month
• 9 ORs, 2 OB ORs, Endo, EP and IR suites
• ACGME Residency Program
• No cardiac anesthesia or pediatrics

HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is a 289-bed full-service community hospital serving Broward County communities including Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, and Deerfield Beach. Services include open heart surgery, 24-hour Adult and Pediatric ER, maternity, orthopedics, robotics, and women's services.
