Position Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking a skilled CRNA for a no-call, no-nights position at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital on Florida's Emerald Coast. This role offers a predictable schedule with half the weekends and holidays off annually plus 10 weekday shifts per month.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Day-based schedule with no nights or call required. Includes 10 twelve-hour weekday shifts monthly along with half the weekends and holidays.

Practice Details

Care team model with 9 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs across 12 operating rooms. Broad case mix includes vascular, ortho, neuro, trauma, ENT, GYN, OB (non-high risk), cardiothoracic, thoracic, robotic, plastics, GI, EP, MRI, CT, cath lab, bronch lab, and healthy pediatrics.

HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is a 330-bed Level II Trauma Center with advanced surgical capabilities including cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery, and robotic procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay with $100K start bonus, 8 weeks PTO, annual retention bonus, relocation support, CME, 401K, licensure assistance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage. Florida offers no state income tax.
