Position Overview

Join the anesthesia team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida. This full-time CRNA role offers newly increased compensation for Summer 2026, a $75k start date bonus, and up to 10 weeks PTO annually.

Practice Highlights

• Collaborative care team: 9 anesthesiologists and 26 CRNAs
• Case mix includes OB/GYN, Thoracic, General, Ortho, Spine, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Peds, Cath Lab, and Endoscopy
• Autonomy encouraged with opportunities for regional blocks
• Minimal call and early peel-out opportunities
• Additional stipends available above base
