Chief CRNA - No Call, $150K Bonus | North Miami Beach, FL

Position Overview

Seeking a Chief CRNA of Anesthesia to join the collaborative team at Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Florida. This full-time leadership role offers a $150K start date bonus, no call, and no weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and staffing oversight
• Assisting with recruitment efforts, including interviewing and attending recruiting events
• Serving as the liaison with hospital leadership
• Acting as a clinical resource within the department and the hospital
• Participating in leadership and professional development activities
• Assisting the Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
• Overseeing orientation and onboarding of new hires

Facility Details

Jackson North Medical Center is a 382-bed acute care hospital within the Jackson Health System. The anesthesia care team includes 7 physicians, 8 OR CRNAs, and 5 OB CRNAs. The facility has 6 ORs plus offsite locations including Cath Lab and GI. Annual case volume is approximately 8,000 with no cardiac or trauma cases.

General, Orthopedic, GI, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Neuro, OB, and healthy outpatient pediatrics (greater than 2 years old).
