$250K+ CRNA with $90K Sign-On | Northern VA

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA opportunity with a well-established private anesthesia practice in northern Virginia near Washington D.C. offering flexible scheduling options of 5 (8-hour), 4 (10-hour) or 3 (12-hour) shifts, with additional need for 6 (24-hour) shifts per month focused on OB cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for B&B cases including OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, ENT, regional techniques and outpatient surgery
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized plans
• Monitor patients and adjust anesthetic delivery for safety and comfort
• Manage emergence and post-anesthesia care
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with surgical teams

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility
• CRNA certification by NBCRNA (SRNAs eligible)
• BLS and ACLS required
• Regional anesthesia experience desirable
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary $250,000+ commensurate with experience

Schedule & Call Requirements
