Position Overview

Part-time CRNA role at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA. Hospital-employed position with shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours.

Schedule and Call

Call is 3rd call with call-ins averaging less than 1 per week.

Practice Details

Anesthesia Care Team model 100% of the time. Case load includes general surgery, orthopedics, urology, plastic surgery, ENT, vascular, pain management, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, and healthy pediatrics. No heads or hearts. 12 ORs in main OR, 4 ORs at surgery center, 4 endoscopy suites, and C-section suite. Join 11 anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs.

Compensation

Salary range $224,000 to $286,000 prorated based on FTE. Quality/productivity bonus of $5,000 annually. Sign-on bonus up to $50,000 with 4-year commitment. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

New grads and experienced staff welcome. Requires BSN, master's from accredited nurse anesthesia program, PA RN license, NBCRNA certification, BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
