Position Overview

Full-time Anesthesiologist position at Northwestern Medicine in Lake Forest, Illinois. Provider rotates between Lake Forest Hospital and the Grayslake Ambulatory site.

Compensation

Salary range $495,000 - $575,000 annually. Benefits include continuing medical education allowance, paid time off, well-being fund, 401k, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance.

Schedule and Call

Rotating shifts, 40 hours per week. On-call coverage required.

Qualifications

Board certified or board eligible. Ability to provide anesthesia to healthy pediatric patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

Treatment of patients at Northwestern Medical Group and Northwestern Medicine facilities. Teaching of students, nurses, and other providers. Participation in practice meetings and quality assurance. Compliance with billing and documentation policies.
