Locum CRNA with Call | Boise, ID

Position Overview

Locum CRNA position covering Boise and Nampa, Idaho facilities. Full-time coverage only with 40 hours per week guaranteed. Start date January 2027. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days.

Schedule and Call

Flexible shifts include 8-hour, 10-hour (preferred), 12-hour, and occasional 14-hour options. Night call is required: approximately one weeknight per month and one weekend. Providers must commit to all shift lengths and call.

Practice Details

Coverage spans 17 main ORs, 7 day surgery ORs, cath lab, endoscopy, radiology, and procedural areas. Includes trauma cases. Patient population is primarily adults and geriatric with 90%+ over age 12. CRNAs perform spinal blocks only. EMR is Epic.

Assignment Terms

Locums may work 12 consecutive months followed by a required 6-month break before returning for another 12-month period.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate with weekly pay. Medical malpractice insurance provided.

Requirements

NBCRNA certification, Idaho DEA, Idaho CSR/CDS, BLS, full-time availability, willingness to take call, and COVID-19 vaccination. Idaho license highly preferred at submission.
