Position Overview

Mid-shift Anesthesiologist opportunity at HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. Fixed schedule with three 12-hour weekday shifts per week and one weekend call shift per month.

Compensation & Benefits

$355,000 annual base salary. $100,000 start date bonus. 8 weeks PTO. Extra shifts available at $200 per hour. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, $3,000 CME allowance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage. Annual earning potential of $700,000+ through unit-based productivity model.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Three 12-hour weekday shifts per week. One weekend call shift per month. One winter holiday call shift and one summer holiday call shift. Full time W-2 position.

Practice Details

Physician-only practice. Cases include general, ENT, endo, ortho, neuro, urology, vascular, GYN, and cardiothoracic. 9 main ORs, 4 HOPD outpatient ORs, 2 endo suites with IR and cath lab services. Annual surgical volume 12,000 to 13,000 cases.

266-bed full-service hospital. Level I Trauma Center. Primary Stroke Center. Accredited Chest Pain Center. General surgery residency program. Robotic and scarless surgery capabilities.
