Position Overview

Dartmouth Health seeks a board-certified or board-eligible General Anesthesiologist for Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, a critical access hospital in Windsor, Vermont.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and robotics procedures.
• Manage independent cases and perform regional blocks.
• Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and care teams in a community setting.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Vermont and New Hampshire.
• Interest in both community and academic practice.

Schedule and Call

1680 weekday clinical hours per year with limited weekday pager call and minimal weekend commitments.

Compensation and Benefits
