Position Overview

A full-time CRNA position at Concord Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. The role involves collaborative anesthesia care for patients across the lifespan in surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetrical settings.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from a COA-accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Valid New Hampshire APRN and RN licenses (or compact state RN license) prior to start
• Board certification as CRNA by NBCRNA prior to start
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• New graduates may be hired

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation
• Administration of anesthetic agents and controlled substances
• General, regional, neuraxial, and monitored anesthesia care
• Airway management, intubation, extubation, and mechanical ventilation
• Invasive and noninvasive monitoring
• Fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base management
• Acute, chronic, and interventional pain management
• Critical care and resuscitation services
• Post-anesthesia care and emergency response

Physical Requirements

Light physical demands with frequent bending, fine motor work, hearing, reaching, sitting, speaking, and walking. Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens and bodily fluids.
