Position Overview
Full-time 1099 CRNA position at UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown, NY.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $320,000
- Signing bonus: $40,000 (12-month commitment)
- Annual quality bonus: $12,000
- Annual retention bonus: $15,000
- Additional pay for 2nd call with minimum call back
- Pay for extra days worked
- 8 weeks time off
- Malpractice and tail coverage included
