Position Overview
Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama seeks a CRNA for full-time or PRN work. The role covers general, orthopedic, urology, and cardiothoracic cases.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary $215,000+ annually based on experience. 1099 option at $150 per hour with malpractice coverage. $75,000 student loan reimbursement over 3 years. Student stipend available in final 18 months of training. 8 weeks vacation. $2,000 annual CME for W-2 employees. Relocation assistance available.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling at 40 hours per week or PRN.
Qualifications
Graduate of accredited doctoral-level nurse anesthesia program. Active Alabama RN and CRNA licensure or eligibility. NBCRNA certification. BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. New graduates accepted.
