CRNA $100K Sign-On, $280K Base | Atlantic City, NJ

Position Overview

AtlantiCare is expanding its CRNA team across Mainland and City campuses in Atlantic City, NJ. The role offers clinical autonomy in a clinician-led group with high-acuity cases in general, ortho, neuro, OB, GI, optional cardiac, and outpatient settings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $280,000+ (tiered; 5+ years experience at max tier)
• Sign-on bonus: $100,000
• Annual quality bonus: $10,000
• Shift differential: $20/hr for nights and weekends
• Total annual value: $301,200+ (includes base, quality bonus, and retirement contributions)
• Retirement: 4% employer match on 403b/457b with 3-year vesting
• PTO: 304 hours (38 days) combined PTO, CME, and sick time
• CME: $3,000 annual allotment

Schedule & Call Requirements

24-hour shifts prioritized for condensed work weeks. Options for 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Focus on work-life balance with predictable scheduling.

Facility Details

Practice across 2 hospitals and 4 ambulatory surgery centers with updated technology and support staff. Part of a growing health system affiliated with new medical education programs.
