Position Overview

Per Diem CRNA position at Jefferson Health Center City Campus in Philadelphia, PA. The role covers TJUH, JSC, JHN, and GI sites at a Level 1 trauma and academic medical center.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation
• Intraoperative general anesthesia care in collaboration with attending anesthesiologist
• Induction and maintenance of anesthesia at required levels
• Monitoring and adjusting patient physiologic condition
• Post-operative transfer of care and resuscitative support
• Administration of spinal, epidural, caudal, and nerve block anesthesia

Facility Details

Jefferson Health is a large academic medical center with multiple transplant programs and centers of excellence in orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, and gastroenterology. The facility uses modern equipment and Epic EMR. Forty percent of staff have worked here for 15 years or more.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Variety of shifts available including 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. Flexible scheduling with emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

CRNA credential required. Position open to experienced providers.
