Position Overview
Award-winning Florida hospital seeks CRNAs for a growing anesthesia team. Base pay ranges from $220,000 to $300,000 annually with tenure. New graduates start at $220,000.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $220,000-$300,000
- $80,000 sign-on bonus (lump sum on second paycheck)
- Optional shifts at premium pay
- Almost entirely paid health insurance from day one
- 6% retirement contribution

Schedule & Call Requirements
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. Flexible scheduling available.
Practice Details
