Position Overview

PRN CRNA opportunity in Mechanicsville, Virginia providing anesthesia care for endoscopy and anorectal procedures.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Daytime schedule 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 8-hour shifts. One shift per week. No call mentioned.

Compensation

Weekly estimated pay $990 to $1,180. Weekly direct deposit.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of CRNA experience required. Active CRNA license and national certification required. Current BLS certification required. Endoscopy or procedural anesthesia experience preferred. Ability to work independently in solo CRNA role. Comfort managing MAC and IV sedation, including prone positioning.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for colonoscopies, hemorrhoidectomies, and anorectal procedures. Administer and monitor MAC and IV sedation with propofol and fentanyl. Complete pre-procedure assessments. Monitor patients and respond to changes. Manage prone positioning cases. Maintain documentation and collaborate with procedural team.
