Position Overview

Part-time (0.6 FTE) CAA position at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana.

Schedule and Call Requirements

No call, no overnights, no weekends. Flexible shifts available: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p.

Practice Model

Anesthesia Care Team with medical direction 1:2, 1:3 (ideal), 1:4 (rare). Peripheral nerve blocks required with strong ultrasound regional skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Above average base salary, annual retention bonus, annual performance bonus, option for additional shift work. 18 days PTO accrued yearly. Sign-on bonus and relocation eligible. Qualifications

BC/BE, ACLS, BLS. Active or eligible Indiana license. New grads welcome. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Facility Details

Level 3 trauma center with 204 beds. Wide variety of cases excluding major trauma, transplant, OB, and cardiac (separate team). Healthy peds cases from 6 months and up. Patient draw base over 500K. CERNR EMR. Adjacent outpatient surgery center.
