Position Overview
CRNA-only practice at Apex Surgery Center in Ada, Oklahoma. Predictable M-F schedule with no call, nights, or weekends.
Schedule and Call
Monday-Friday 7-3. Additional compensation after 40 hours per week. No call required.
Compensation
$252,000 1099 for 26 weeks. Paid malpractice coverage including tail.
Case Mix
Ophthalmology, Ortho, Urology, ENT, and Plastics.
Practice Model
CRNA-only site with 2 providers on-site daily. Independent practice required.
Qualifications
Board certified. Comfortable practicing independently in a CRNA-only setting.
Location
