Merit Health Wesley is a 211-bed acute care hospital serving the Pine Belt region. Services include cardiovascular care, orthopedics, neurology, women's services, emergency medicine, and advanced surgical programs. It is the area's first accredited Chest Pain Center and the only local hospital accredited for heart failure care.

Schedule and Call

Flexible scheduling with options for week on/week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. No call requirements and no weekends.

Case Mix

Obstetric, gynecologic, endoscopy, urology, ophthalmology, general, cardiovascular, and neuro spine cases. No neuro heads.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of medicine in anesthesia with current license in good standing in Mississippi. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification required. Comfortable practicing in a care team model.
