Position Overview
PRN CRNA position at Newport Medical Center in Newport, TN. The role involves conscious sedation and MAC anesthesia on outpatient and inpatient cases.
Schedule and Call Requirements
Day shifts and night or weekend call shifts available. Call is optional for PRN providers.
Case Mix
Vascular, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmologic, orthopedic, urologic, bariatrics, and GI cases.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved nursing school and accredited nurse anesthesia program. AANA certification required. Minimum two years of independent experience. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
Benefits
Malpractice insurance covered by LifeLinc Anesthesia. Not eligible for other benefits due to PRN status.

Newport Medical Center, 435 2nd Street, Newport, TN 37821. Community hospital with specialists in cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, radiology, pediatrics, and emergency medicine. Services include diagnostics, expanded emergency room, ICU, labor and delivery, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
