Position Overview

Full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist position at Dayton Children's Hospital Main Campus. The CRNA provides anesthesia services within the Division of Anesthesia for the Department of Surgical Services, focusing on the neonatal and pediatric population.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop anesthetic plans for induction, maintenance, and emergence using pre-operative assessments from supervising anesthesiologists.
• Deliver care for neonatal and pediatric surgical patients.
• Maintain accountability for all anesthetics performed under supervision of staff Anesthesiologist from Children's Anesthesia Group, Inc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Graduation from an accredited AANA program required.
• CRNA certification and Ohio licensure required.
• PALS certification required.
• Communication, customer service, and basic computer skills required.
• Good manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina required.
• Preferred: 1-3 years neonatal or pediatric experience.
