Full-Time CRNA | Milton, MA

Position Overview

Full-time or part-time CRNA position at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital to Milton in Milton, MA, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Boston. Employment type is full time or part time with a minimum 0.6 FTE. Shifts are 10-hour (7 AM-5 PM) or 9-hour (7 AM-4 PM) day shifts.

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital to Milton is a community hospital within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system. The practice operates under a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with anesthesiologists and CRNAs. Case variety includes general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, spine, vascular, urology, GYN, and endoscopy.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range is $280,000-$290,000. Role may include performance-based incentives. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plus retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and AANA-accredited school of anesthesia. Current Massachusetts RN licensure in the expanded role of nurse anesthetist. Current CRNA certification and maintenance per AANA and state requirements. Strong clinical judgment, analytical skills, and ability to administer all types of anesthetics with minimal direction.
