Position Overview

Per diem CRNA position at Salem Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham in Salem, MA. New rates are $200.00 per hour weekdays and $215 per hour weekends, with evening and night differentials.

Schedule

Daytime shifts of 8, 9, 10, or 12 hours and overnight 12-hour shifts (7p-7a). Requires availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per month to cover operational needs, vacations, and schedule gaps.

Compensation

Hourly rates: $200 weekdays, $215 weekends. Pay range listed as $107.54-$127.33 hourly.

Practice Details

Collaborative anesthesia care model with anesthesiologists. Supports new graduate CRNAs with orientation and training. Covers ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and procedural settings. Includes pre-operative assessments, induction and maintenance of anesthesia, invasive monitoring, and post-operative care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA certification from NBCRNA required. BLS and ACLS required. Experience as CRNA or new graduate (0-1 year) preferred. New graduates accepted.
