Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Starting base pay is $280,000 annually with a range up to $305,000. A $40,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA certification from NBCRNA required. BLS and ACLS required. New graduates with 0-1 year experience are considered.

Practice Details

Work in a large academic medical center with an integrated care team model alongside anesthesiologists. CRNAs perform IVs, A-lines, central lines, spinals, epidurals, fiberoptic intubations, and occasional regional blocks. Case mix includes trauma, burns, general surgery, orthopedics, neurology, vascular, thoracic, electrophysiology, endoscopy, interventional radiology, and pediatrics.
