Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Starting base salary $280,000-$305,000 annually with a $40,000 sign-on bonus. Care team model integrated with anesthesiologists in a large academic medical center.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Scheduled 40 hours per week, day shift.

Practice Details

CRNAs perform IVs, A-lines, central lines, spinals, epidurals, fiberoptic intubations, and occasional regional blocks. Case mix includes trauma, burns, general surgery, orthopedics, neurology, vascular, thoracic, electrophysiology, endoscopy, interventional radiology, and pediatrics. Some sites offer regional and cardiac anesthesia.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA certification (NBCRNA) required. BLS and ACLS required. New graduates with 0-1 year experience considered. Massachusetts RN license preferred.
