Position Overview
Sanford Health seeks a CRNA for a full-time role in Bismarck, ND. The position involves administering anesthesia for a mix of general, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, and C-section cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct pre-anesthetic plans
- Administer anesthesia or sedation for surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Monitor patients using hemodynamic techniques
- Collaborate with providers and communicate with patients and families
- Evaluate diagnostic tests and adjust anesthesia plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science from an approved CRNA program
- Current unencumbered CRNA licensure in ND or multi-state privileges
- NBCRNA certification maintained
- ACLS certification preferred
Schedule
Varies shifts with 40 scheduled weekly hours. Hybrid pay structure includes internal locum incentive and call back pay.
