Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Marshfield Medical Center - Rice Lake in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. The role involves administration of anesthesia for surgical and non-surgical procedures with 1,720 scheduled hours per year.

Schedule and Call Requirements

Work shift varies. 24-hour beeper call with 20-minute response time and designated call room available. Call rotation is 1:4. Additional compensation provided for hours worked beyond the base schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia or sedation. Develop and conduct pre-anesthetic plans. Write orders before, after, and during procedures. Collaborate with providers. Communicate with patients and families. Evaluate diagnostic tests. Monitor patients using hemodynamic techniques and adjust anesthesia plans as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree from an approved program in advanced practice. Current unencumbered CRNA licensure in Wisconsin or multi-state privileges. CRNA certification through NBCRNA. ACLS certification preferred. Department-specific competencies required.
