Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position with Sanford Health at Marshfield Medical Center - Weston in Weston, Wisconsin. The role involves administration of anesthesia for surgical and non-surgical procedures with 24-hour beeper call on a 1:4 rotation.

Schedule and Call

Work shift varies with 40 scheduled weekly hours totaling 1720 hours per year. Additional compensation applies for hours worked beyond 1720. Call is 24-hour beeper with 20-minute response time and designated call room available if needed.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia or sedation. Develop and conduct pre-anesthetic plans. Write orders before, after, and during procedures. Collaborate with providers. Communicate with patients and families. Evaluate and order diagnostic tests. Monitor patients using hemodynamic techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree from an approved program required. Masters, DNP, or PhD preferred. Current unencumbered CRNA licensure in Wisconsin or multi-state privileges. NBCRNA certification required. ACLS preferred.
