Position Overview

Sanford Health seeks a BC/BE Anesthesiologist for a full-time position at Marshfield Medical Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role includes medical direction of CRNAs and performance of general and regional anesthesia at the medical center and attached surgical center.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree required. Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship in anesthesiology of at least 3-4 years. Board certification by ABMS, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada required within five years of residency completion. Applicants must demonstrate active involvement in at least 200 anesthesia cases in the last 24 months.

Practice Details

Position provides medical direction to CRNAs and allows self-performance of cases. Involvement in medical education and research is encouraged.
