Locum CRNA $210/hr Call Required | Nampa, ID

Position Overview

HPA Healthcare is seeking three experienced CRNAs for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Boise and Nampa, Idaho. This six-month assignment offers practice across two hospital settings with a diverse anesthesia case mix and the opportunity to maintain both medically directed and independent anesthesia skills. Providers will primarily work in Boise with occasional coverage at a nearby Nampa facility.

Schedule and Call Requirements

Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week with variable 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. Call is required. Boise call is approximately two weeknights per month and one weekend per month. Nampa call is approximately one assignment weekly and may include weekday or weekend coverage. Schedules are provided 4-6 weeks in advance.

Compensation

Pay is $210 per hour regular. Weekly earnings approximately $8,400 for 40 regular hours. Additional compensation available for overtime, holiday, call, and callback. Start date January 4, 2027. Duration 26 weeks. Paid orientation. Travel arrangements and reimbursement subject to approval.

Clinical Scope

General surgery, orthopedics, spine, trauma, healthy pediatrics, and obstetrics. EMR is Epic. Practice model includes supervision-based and independent anesthesia. Idaho license preferred; candidates requiring licensure considered.
