Position Overview

Part-time 1099 CAA position at Blue Ridge Surgery Center in Raleigh, NC. Flexible schedule at an 8-bed ambulatory surgery center with six operating rooms and two procedure rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of outpatient anesthesia including orthopedics, cataracts, retinas, ENT pediatrics, and GYN
• Pre-anesthesia assessment and patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring and clinical interventions as needed

Schedule & Call Requirements

No call, weekends, or holiday work required.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $175/hr. Must provide own malpractice insurance for full state limits and Articles of Incorporation for S or C Corp.

Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program. Compliance with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines.
