Position Overview

Immediate per diem CRNA openings at Blue Ridge Surgery Center in Raleigh, NC. This is a flexible, fast-paced 8-bed ambulatory surgery center with six operating rooms and two procedure rooms.

Schedule and Call

No call, weekends, or holiday work.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $175/hr. Fully paid malpractice insurance.

Case Mix

Full spectrum of outpatient anesthesia including orthopedics, cataracts, retinas, ENT pediatrics, and GYN.

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtain and verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of physiological condition
• Clinical interventions as needed

Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program. Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines.
