Anesthesiologist with $200K Incentives | Rochester, NY

Position Overview

Full-time anesthesiologist position at Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, NY. Physician-led department with equitable case pick system, 50% personally performed cases and 50% medical direction of CRNAs.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range $400,000-$550,000. $100,000 sign-on bonus. Additional $100,000 retention incentive paid over four years. 10 weeks vacation. Comprehensive benefits including retirement, malpractice coverage, CME, and relocation support. No non-compete clauses.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Approximately one late call per week. Three overnight calls every two months. One weekend assignment every five weeks. Overnight call is in-house with focus on labor and delivery. Guaranteed post-call day after overnight call. Additional weekdays off after weekend assignments.

Practice Details

Broad case mix including OB, neuro, vascular, orthopedics, regional, spine, uro/gyn, healthy pediatrics, and general surgery. Collaborative department of more than 50 anesthesiologists. Optional teaching, quality, and leadership involvement.

Qualifications

MD or DO from accredited institution. Completion of ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency. Board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology. Eligible for New York State licensure. Fellowship training welcomed but not required.
