Position Overview

Hospital-employed CRNA role at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa. Join a team of 5 CRNAs and 4 anesthesiologists in a laid-back, cohesive environment with physician support throughout procedures.

Schedule and Call

1:8 call rotation, one holiday per year, at-home call, and post-call day off. Excellent work-life balance emphasized.

Case Mix

General surgery, orthopedics, spine, OB, bariatrics, GI, and cardiac cases. All types except transplants. Regional anesthesia, general, and MAC performed.

Compensation

Base salary $286,700. $90,000 bonus package. CME allowance $3,000. Extra pay for extra work. Employer-paid malpractice and tail insurance.
