CRNA with Shared Call | Nampa, ID

Position Overview

Full-time employed CRNA position at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, Idaho. Scheduled for 1760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status with call shared equally.

Practice Details

Physician-led multispecialty group with collaborative supervision model at maximum 4:1 ratio. Level III trauma center serving west-central Treasure Valley. Case mix includes general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, urologic, and trauma with potential rotation to regional center for neuro, vascular, ENT, and cardiac. No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. Hospital-employed W-2 position.

Compensation and Benefits

Sign-on incentives, student loan repayment, relocation support, PTO and CME allocation, malpractice insurance including tail, health/dental/vision, and retirement plans (403b and 457b).

Requirements

Completion of graduate program, NBCRNA certification, Idaho CRNA licensure, controlled substance registration, and DEA. Privileges at SARMC and affiliated hospitals as needed.
