Position Overview

Team Lead CRNA position at Trinity Health, Saint Joseph Mercy Health System Hospital Campus in Brighton, MI. Is a member of the Department of Anesthesiology leadership team with 24/7 accountability for patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical duties include maintaining skills to staff cases, provide breaks, respond to emergencies, and oversee Anesthesia Technicians. Administrative duties include leading daily operations, scheduling, staff assignments, break and lunch relief plans, reviewing schedule changes, collaborating with other sites, providing feedback and mentoring, and participating in interviews and policy review.

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree in Nursing, graduation from accredited School of Nurse Anesthesiology, 3 years experience as a CRNA, CRNA certification, ACLS, PALS, RN License, and annual BLS recertification. Knowledge of computerized documentation, Microsoft Word, and Excel required.

Full time position with day-to-day operational leadership starting at 6:45 am.
