Position Overview

Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) position at Aurora Medical Center Summit in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Full-time role with 40 hours per week on a 5x8-hour shift schedule rotating through two ambulatory surgery centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care under the medical direction of an anesthesiologist within the ACT model.
• Perform patient evaluations and assist with anesthesia planning.
• Monitor physiologic status before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist with airway management and perioperative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and procedural teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Schedule & Call Requirements

No call, no weekends, and no holidays required. Day shift only with guaranteed additional shift opportunities at premiums of +$75-$100/hour above base rate.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range $86.75-$138.80 per hour with competitive range listed at $110.00-$138.80/hour. $100,000 sign-on bonus. 30 days PTO with additional accrual based on years of service. 40 CME hours annually with $2,250 CME allowance. Qualifications

Master's Degree in Anesthesia required. Anesthesiologist Assistant license in Wisconsin. AA-C certification from NCCAA within 18 months. ACLS and PALS within 6 months. New graduates and experienced CAAs welcome. No experience required.
